NJ Twins Alum's Selected to 2008 All Conference Teams

For the 2nd consecutive season, former Twins players continue to accumulate post season awards for outstanding play.

Leading the charge this season was Shooter Hunt from Tulane (Ramapo HS) who received Conference-USA Pitcher of the year. Shooter was 9-3 with a 2.10 ERA. He struck out 110 batters in 85 IP and held opponents to a .148 batting avg. In addition, he is also a semi-finalist for the Dick Howser award, college baseball's Heisman Trophy.

Tim Federoff, RF for University of North Carolina was First Team All ACC. Tim led UNC in hits with 88, and second in batting average hitting .383.

Jr. Bobby Gagg, RHP (Wallkill Valley Reg. HS) from Coastal Carolina was named 1st team All Big South, going 6-2 with a 2.92 ERA with 6 BB's in 77IP.
